Thank you for your interest in the 4th annual Love My Ride Car Show! To simplify the application process and avoid delays, please submit all of your completed paperwork together at one time. 

Event has been a huge success in the past few years, and with your help it will be even better in 2024! The demand for fresh, delicious food was so large that we didn’t have enough food vendors to compensate. Needless to say, the participating vendors were extremely successful and almost sold out. So this year, we want to showcase our event by bringing on even more vendors. Every one of you, whether Arts and Crafts, Commercial, or any of our wonderful food vendors, is crucial to the life and success of this festival!

Over 18,000 people attended the show last year, and enjoyed great music, excellent food, products and enjoyed viewing over 220 cars on display. We are expecting a greater an successful turnout this year! 

The Love My Ride Car Show is scheduled for April 27th 2024.  We invite you to participate with us, whether you are one of our “seasoned” vendors, or a new participant. Please act promptly to guarantee your place as booth space is assigned on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis, there are no exclusivities, so if we have vendors of the same type, we will try our best to spread you guys, but we can't guarantee it.

Please submit your application along with your fee's. 

Only complete applications will be accepted. Please do not leave any blank spaces, and be sure to attach any required documents. Please include the product you wish to sell. We are looking for food trucks, as well as Arts & Crafts, and Commercial vendors to complement the festival. Vendor selection will be limited and made in the spirit of providing a well-balanced vending area. We reserve the right to make all final decisions on vendor acceptance. 

Food Vendor Applications and full payment must be received no later than April 14th 2024, and all others by April 19th 2024. Please submit as soon as possible to allow us time to create a Festival Map layout.
